Lace Pencil Skirt from scratch

 I'm sort of obsessed with all things lace & I was looking everywhere for the perfect lace skirt. However, I couldn't find anything I really liked that was long enough. Okay, I found one I really like at Nordstrom for $2,199!! SERIOUSLY, people pay that for clothes? Anyway, I keep running into beautiful lace at the fabric store & thought honestly- pencil skirts are the easiest thing ever. So I decided to make me one. Simple as could be.
